Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most often.

What additional costs can appear for a wedding?

Before signing the contract, discuss every possible cost with the event manager: outside drinks, decor services, an extended program. At MiaDora the full list is set out in writing in the offer.

Which spaces are available for our wedding?

All of them. MiaDora hosts one event per day, so the garden, terrace, lounge, bar, hall, smoking area and children's room are exclusively yours.

Who guides us on the wedding day?

The event manager you agreed the program, menu and details with. They coordinate the hall team and the suppliers throughout the day.

Is there a menu tasting? Can we include specific dishes?

Yes. Tasting is arranged after the menu is chosen, usually about a month before the wedding. Specific dishes can be included after a discussion with the head chef.

Can we hold the ceremony outdoors?

Yes, the garden with the fountain is used for outdoor ceremonies. In bad weather the ceremony moves to the covered terrace or into the hall.

Is there a space for children?

Yes, the children's room is near the hall. Supervision and entertainment are arranged with suppliers of your choice.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

The minimum depends on the season and is confirmed by the team when you inquire. Tell us the preferred date and approximate guest count.

Can we bring a band or a DJ?

Yes. The hall has a sound system and suppliers have dedicated technical space. Access details and timing are agreed with the manager.

What is the minimum number of participants for a corporate event?

The minimum and seasonal exceptions (for example in winter) are confirmed by the team on request. Send the date and the estimated number of participants.

Do you have presentation equipment?

The hall has a sound system. Projection and stage equipment is confirmed with the team based on the event's requirements.

How far in advance should we book the date?

Weekend dates in the warm season are usually booked many months ahead. Check your date as early as possible; the reservation becomes effective once the contract is signed.

What happens during the visit?

A team member shows you the garden, the terrace, the hall and the guest areas, then you discuss the day's flow and your questions. The visit usually takes about 45 minutes.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is on-site parking at the entrance and street parking nearby. Exact capacity is confirmed during the visit.

Which languages do you work in?

Romanian, Russian and English.
