Draft document. Requires legal review before publication. MiaDora processes personal data submitted through forms, chat and messaging channels only to answer offer requests, schedule visits and organize events.

What we collect

Name, phone, email (optional), event type and date, estimated guest count, preferred language, the messages you send and the technical data needed to protect the forms (IP address, timestamp).

Basis and retention

Processing relies on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering your request. Request data is kept according to the internal retention policy; marketing messages are sent only with separate consent that can be withdrawn at any time.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md). Send requests to info@miadora.md.
